• Provide a welcome pack, with simple necessary items, such as coffee, tea, sugar fruit juice
• If you own a property suitable for families, provide video games and board games for them to be entertained
• Always keep an inventory of your furniture, fixtures, accessories and fittings so that when the tenants vacate the property you will know what needs to be replaced and how much of the deposit needs to be kept to cover the expenses if any
